The First Annual CAP Alliance Summit

Dave Bates and Andrea Andrade, lead sponsor from JPMorgan Chase, kicked off the summit with a welcome message and outline of the JPMorgan Chase commitment to second chance hiring and “banning the box” to help ensure that qualified applicants with criminal backgrounds receive the same consideration as any other applicant when their record has no bearing on job requirements. In the words of Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO, “If you paid your debt to society, you should be allowed to work.”

It was the first-of-its-kind gathering with trailblazers, CAP Alliance Chairs, survivors, and friends in the reentry field doing amazing work and sharing ideas for the future.

John W Sullivan

I love creative activities, put me in the moment and in a more natural state.

I love seeing clients in amazement they first see their site. They can't believe they got such a quality product that they can manage on their own after I show you how simple it is.

I love my friends, family (LA Native). I work hard to give designs that will help you stand out and make a difference, generate revenue, spread a message, or whatever it is you’re after.

Hire me and you’re hiring a local small business and that’s just cool.
